Mô Tả Công Việc

You will work in the digital services department and your tasks include, but are not limited to:

- Work with Project Manager to ensure the tasks to be performed aligning with client’s requirement and expectation.

- Design and create highly advanced and attractive user interfaces, application and websites.

- Translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and then transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs.

- Create compelling and visual design for responsive websites in accordance with user’s expectation and experience.

- Take into consideration the popular wireframes and prototype design concept, understand customer’s workflow and come up with innovative approach for user’s centered design problems.

- Coordinate and support cross-functional colleague to the launch of final product.

- Perform assigned tasks from project leader and project manager.

- For this position, you will report to Digital Production Manager/ Leader.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Good command of English communication, both in verbal and written (at least TOEIC 650).

- At least 4 year-experience as a Web Designer in international working environment.

- Experience in working with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and Adobe suites (Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator, …) is preferable.

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process, experience or knowledge in UI-UX.

- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction

- Proficiency in interactive and artistic design, best practices for market-trend website and mobile apps.

- Up-to- date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies

- Strong skills of presentation, problem-solving and time management.

- Ability to work independently as well as willingly support colleagues.

- Be self-motivated, pro-active, self-organized, result-oriented and capable of multi-tasking.

- Take responsibility for designing, developing, and executing quality assurance and control processes, test strategies, test plans and test cases that verify a software conformance to define acceptance criteria.

- Refine test plans, processes and standards continually, document and implement test plans (scope, strategy, estimation, budget, schedule, resources management).

- Review and revise acceptance criteria to guarantee they are fit for fulfilled purpose.

- Coordinate with team members and involved parties to clarify the testing needs, project scope and priorities.

- Apply testing process effectively, follow, improve and enforce a bug workflow to facilitate reporting.

- Test cases, bugs and qualify bug’s severity and priority, come up with suggestions to improve overall quality.

- Design and execute test cases in various types of testing and testing levels.

- Produce test reports to project managers and clients on timely basis.

- Follow up with client including surveys about the quality of the projects to ensure high satisfaction.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- At least 5 years of testing experience in Software/ Digital Services Industry and 2 year of Senior/ Team Leader position in an Agile software development.

- Good command of English communication in oral and written skills (at least TOEIC 700).

- Strong experience in responsive web applications and Mobile application.

- Quality Control Professional certificates (ISTQB, etc.) is preferred.

- Thorough understanding of the software life-cycle.

- Good understanding of various type of testing and design test case techniques.

- Good presentation, collaboration, communication skills and strong working group ability.

- Customer-focused mindset, can-do attitude and high team-work spirit.
