JOB DESCRIPTION

OVERVIEW

QA Assistant is responsible for the maintenance, compliance, monitoring, and improvement of the effectiveness of the quality management standards set by Seven System Viet Nam Joint Stock Company (SSV), coordinating to develop quality management regulations and procedures following SSV’s standards within the assigned scope of work to ensure our customers receive products with the recieve highest quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Make a list of selected food suppliers, sampling plans, food analysis and testing, HACCP assessment, periodic equipment calibration plan under 7-Eleven’s and other technical standards

- Participate in periodic audit of 7-Eleven stores, CDCs and suppliers/commissaries to ensure compliance with labor safety and food safety standards. Guide, support, propose solutions to improve and monitor the corrective process of non-conformities or improvement until completion

- Participate in resolving customer complaint, investigate root causes to implement corrective actions or preventative plans within the assigned scope of work

- Participate and conduct periodic training program on food safety for store managers and HQ staff

- Perform duties related to food safety business certificate, product registration document, HACCP certificate following instructions by QA manager

- Coordinate to develop procedures, processes, specifications, SOPs, SSOPs, WIs … in accordance with requirements of food safety and HACCP following instructions by QA manager

- Perform other duties as assigned by QA manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Qualifications: Bachelor of Food Technology or Biotechnology or related major

- At least 2 years of working experience at similar position at QSR chains or commissaries

- Good problem solving and handling skills

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Good analysis, evaluation and data processing skills

- Have certificates of training in quality management systems such as ISO 22000, HACCP, BRC, Halal, 5S, Lean … and relevant certificates

- Hard working, honest, committed to work

- Good health, able to work overtime and under high pressure

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and professional software

- Proficiency in English, knowing Japanese is a plus
