- Staff management.

- Monitor progress of stages.

- Quality management.

- Ensure drawing get high quality and complete before deadline.

- Communication with customers.

- Improve quality of before drawings.

- Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.

- Other tasks from Manager.

- Have more chance become Design Manager in the future.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Japanese skill: N3 or above.

- Experience in Management.

- Have worked in a Japanese company or had a Japanese company as a customer.

- Experience in Design of design at construction company (Prefer).

- Communication skill.

- Problem-solving skill.

- Management skill.

- Strong organizational skills and highly self-motivated.

- Create, high potential.

- Able to work under high pressure.
