Mô Tả Công Việc

- Executing Digital Marketing campaigns especially in Google Adwords and Facebook Ads.

- Conducting statistical analysis and reporting based on campaign results.

- Supporting others departments regarding the use of digital marketing tools to find new clients and take care of existing clients.

- Being responsible for the performance of campaigns.

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

- Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website.

- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Over 1 year experience in execute biddable (or performance) digital marketing campaign, especially Adwords / Facebook Ads.

- Over 1 year experience with Analytics tool such as Google Analytics and tracking systems such as Google Tag Manager and Google Adwords/Facebook’s tracking codes.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

- Proficient in analyze & reporting.

- Business Level English (all skills).

*Preferable:

- Experience of in-house operation at EC sites (especially large companies such as Lazada) is plus.

- Experience of Facebook Ads is plus.

- Main duty is to do Linux stack infrastructure administration.

- Support company internal infrastructure.

- Architecture design, operation, monitoring, trouble-solving of group’s large-scale, high-traffic Web services (Recruiting, Real-estate, Health-care etc).

- Training and support team members.

- Report detail to Manager.

- Other tasks.

- Job detail will be discussed in the interview.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Must to have:

- Have at least 02 years experience in Linux (VPS) server administration.

- Understanding of Linux-based OSes, especially installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.

- Have knowledge about operating Websites and tuning Web middleware (Nginx, Apache, MySQL, Network).

- Have experience about Web service to deploy products.

Our system tech stack:

- CentOS.

- Nginx, Apache, Passenger.

- MySQL, MongoDB.

- Apache Solr, Elastic Search.

- Chef.

- Vagrant, Docker.

- New Relic, Sensu.

- Kibana.

- Ruby/Ruby on Rails/PHP.

- Capistrano for deploying application.

*Preferable:

- Have experience working with Cloud platform AWS, GCP.

- Have experience working with Virtual technologies like Vagrant, Docker and Chef.

- Have experience with programming languages like Ruby, PHP.

- English skills/Japanese skills.
