BRAND MARKETING FINANCE INTERN

Working Location: 20th Floor, M Plaza Saigon, 39 Le Duan Boulevard, Dist.1, HCMC.

Duration: 6 months.

Allowance: 200,00VND per working day. Around 4,200,000VND per month.

1.Job Description

Brand Spend Tracking:

- Daily review PO for marketing spend.

- Daily tracking and checking PO spend vs. committed date.

- Promptly update PO status vs. committed spend.

- Creating Purchase Orders (PO) for brand expenditures and monthly tracking PO status vs actual expenditure to identify any financial saving if available.

- Review and update research and Agency spend.

Monthly report:

- Preparing reports for monthly actual brand marketing expenditure.

- Providing the commentary for actual spend and highlighting any action needed.

Others:

- System maintenance and providing necessary support to Brand Marketing Finance team.

- Ensuring internal BAT compliance.

- Other Ad-hoc tasks.

2.Job requirements

- Proficient in English

- Critical thinking

- Good interpersonal skills

- Excellent problem-solving skill

- Detail-oriented

- Finance background is a plus.
