JOB DESCRIPTION

- You love Human Resource and would like to follow HR as your long term career path but....What do you know about this area?

- Normally, Human Resources includes:

- Recruitment

- C&B

- Training & Development

However, at Navigos Group, we make the differences!

At Navigos Group/VietnamWorks:

- We do not have employees, We have "DREAM MAKER" who help people & companies achieve their dreams.

- We do not have HR Department, We have Dream Maker Care Department to take care of working life for more than 400 people in our company.

And, we have a team called Engagement. What do they do?

Engagement team have the mission to take care for Dream Maker's working life, increase connection between people via many internal events and activities such as Company Birthday, Women Day, Thanks Giving, Christmas, ect.

Currently, we are looking for a fresher, who loves working with people and bringing them the happiness, to join our Dream Maker Care (DMC) Department as an Engagement Intern, support Engagement team in organizing internal events & HR administration.

When taking Engagement Intern role, you're responsible for:

- Assisting DMC in organizing many interesting events like: Olympics, All Hands Meeting (Quarterly meeting of the company), Thanks Giving, ect.

- Collecting and editing news, reports for Naviworks newsletter.

- Supporting for Labor Union document submission.

- Translating HR documents, formats and forms from English to Vietnamese and vice versa.

- Joining DMC teamwork & projects.

- Other tasks assigned by manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

We would like to hear from those, who are:

- Last year/ Fresh-graduated in Economics or related major

- Passionate in Human Resources

- Active, supporting mindset & teamwork

- Good communication skills (both English and Vietnamese)

- Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Offices

- Customer-oriented, highly organized and responsible

- Available to work full-time in 3 months
