Mô Tả Công Việc:

- Management working the cafeteria at the factory in the Thang Long 1 industrial Park.

- Management of 2 staff members(in cafeteria), food ingredient cost management (80 meals / day), response work for client etc…

- Business plaining and progress management.

- In the future, we will also be in charge of managing the newly company’s cafeteria.

- (In the other industrial parks in this year, we will also be in charge of managing the second company’s cafeteria (scheduled to be increased to 8 locations by the next year)).

[Others]

- Working hours are 8: 00-17: 00. employee has to work on Saturday(twice a month).

- Taxi card, laptop PC, mobile phone rental (Because employee is many outing correspondence in management of company’s cafeteria).

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Japanese skill (More N2 level) <Must>.

- A smooth report to Japanese managers is required.

- Working experience (More 5 years).

- Good communication skills.

- PC skills.

- High responsible.

- Able to working under pressure.

*Preferable:

- Experience in the restaurant industry (restaurant etc.).

- It would be more desirable if candidate has experience in management tasks such as restaurants.

- Studying abroad or working experience in Japan.

- It is more desirable if candidate has a part-time job experience etc at a restaurant etc in Japan.
