THE JOB BRIEF

- Liên hệ với các kênh thông tin việc làm để thu hút nguồn ứng viên

- Chịu trách nhiệm tuyển dụng cộng tác viên cho bộ phận Consumer Insights & Innovation trên toàn quốc

- Đảm bảo về số lượng và chất lượng của ứng viên hỗ trợ cho các dự án

- Chịu trách nhiệm đào tạo cộng tác viên mới về nội quy công ty, mô tả công việc của từng vị trí mà ứng viên ứng tuyển

- Phân bổ nhân sự theo yêu cầu

- Kiểm tra, báo cáo định kỳ về dữ liệu của cộng tác viên

- Một số công việc khác được cấp trên giao.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên về các chuyên ngành liên quan tuyển dụng, nhân sự.

- Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm tuyển dụng, phỏng vấn.  Ưu tiên ứng viên có các mối liên hệ với nhiều nguồn tuyển dụng.

- Chủ động trong công việc, tìm nguồn tuyển dụng, phỏng vấn  tuyển chọn ứng viên theo yêu cầu và quy trình của bộ phận.

- Thành thạo vi tính văn phòng (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email…)

- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, quản lý thời gian tốt.

- Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh là một lợi thế.

- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại các Công ty nghiên cứu thị trường là một lợi thế.
