Area of work: Event Management, Member Service, and Business Development.

Scope of Work:

- Assist Tertiary and Employer Business Development Activities/Events under guidance of Business Development Managers such as Information

- Session, Career Talk, Accounting/ Finance Contest, Scholarship Program, and so forth.

- Implement tasks effectively and efficiently assigned by Business Development Managers when needed such as working with vendors/ suppliers and key contacts on activities/projects, clearing payments for vendors/suppliers after each event/ activity

- Build and update internal databases

- Market survey

- Support in handling basic enquiries about the CPA Program

- Logistic support for Member events

- Other administrative supports as per assignment

- Other tasks assigned by Regional Manager

Skills:

- Good command in English especially listening and speaking

- Good in usage of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

- Dedicated, honest, open mind to learn and good thinking

- Dynamic, independent and have ability to work under pressure

What we will offer:

- Full time 3 month fixed term contract (including one week of probation) and can be renewal .

- On-the-job training and practical experiences

- Certification upon completing the internship

- A monthly allowance
